According to the SASUKE Official Website SASUKE 2010 Spring (or SASUKE 25) will be aired on March 28th, 2010 from 19:00 JST on TBS. That's a Sunday by the way.
No word on how long the show will be but there's still lots of time to find that out along with if there will be a NAVI or not.
